Samsung is unlikely to bring camera upgrades to Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus. The next year’s Ultra flagship is rumored to pack three 50MP and 200MP camera sensors. However, the other two variants might not see any revision in terms of optics.

GalaxyClub reports that Samsung Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus will feature a 50MP rear camera. Details about the other two rear cameras remain a mystery, and the front camera may also be unchanged. The S25 and S25 Plus may get the same 12MP front camera as the S23 and S24.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumored to be equipped with 200MP primary, 50MP 5x Periscope, 50MP 3x Telephoto and 50MP ultrawide camera sensors. Samsung may be upgrading at least three cameras in its next Ultra, cementing its presence in the flagship phone market.

Apart from this, the Exynos 2500 is also reportedly canceled. This means, all the models of the Galaxy S25 series would be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset. Not only the US and China, but Asian and European countries are likely to get Snapdragon-powered S25 phones.

Samsung may launch the Galaxy S25 series in early 2025. A mega Unpacked event will be taking place in Paris next month. At the event, a lot of new Galaxy products will be unveiled: Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6, Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro and Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra.
