Samsung is rolling out the latest July 2024 security update across its different range of Galaxy devices to enhance device security and user experience. The update is already available for the Galaxy A55, Galaxy A53, Galaxy A04e, Galaxy S22, and Galaxy S24 series. The company has added a new device to the July 2024 security update list – the Galaxy S23 FE.

Users of Samsung Galaxy S23 FE smartphone can identify the July 2024 security update with One UI build version S711BXXS4CXF8 and download a file size of approximately 262MB. It is available in India.

The update enhances security and security by fixing over 55 issues. It includes fixes from Google for critical vulnerabilities in Android, ensuring that Galaxy devices are more secure against potential threats.

Samsung has also addressed a bunch of vulnerabilities mainly related to One UI Home, System UI, and Secure Folder, further improving device security. Beyond security, the update brings improvements in system stability, fixes bugs, and introduces enhanced features for better usability.

To install the update, users can simply go to the Settings app, select Software Update, and choose ‘Download and Install’. This ensures that Galaxy owners can get an advantage from the latest improvements and security patches.

Recently, Samsung unveiled its latest lineup of products during the Galaxy 2024 Unpacked event held on July 10, 2024. This includes exciting new devices like the Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Watch 7, Watch 7 Classic, Buds 3, Buds 3 Pro, new Ring, and Watch Ultra.

After flagships, the Samsung Galaxy A series smartphone named Galaxy A35 has appeared on Geekbench with One UI 7 and Android 15. The appearance reveals the performance of the smartphone on the next iteration.

According to the tipster @Tarunvats, the Samsung Galaxy A35 smartphone has been tested on One UI 7 and Android 15. It has received a single-core score of 958 and a multi-core score of 2177. We can expect significant performance improvements with the next major update.

Notably, these benchmarking scores are based on early builds and do not necessarily show the device’s final performance. However, it indicates that Samsung is actively working towards providing One UI 7 to its Galaxy devices with next-level experience.

In addition to the Galaxy A35 smartphone, several other Galaxy smartphones including Galaxy S21 Plus, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy S24 Plus, Galaxy S23 Ultra, and Galaxy S22. You can check the performance scores of some flagships below.

Samsung Galaxy S24+ Geekbench Score

On the Geekbench platform, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus smartphone spotted testing One UI 7 and Android 15. The smartphone performance is defined with a single-core score of 2114 and a multi-core score of 6616.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Geekbench Score

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra also recently appeared running on One UI 7 and Android 15. It recorded a single-core score of 1658 and a multi-core score of 4028.

Samsung is reportedly going to release the One UI 7 Beta update for Galaxy devices shortly, however, the stable version is confirmed to be available on 3rd October 2024 at the SDC.  The major update’s initial release will likely start with the newest flagship smartphones such as the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Z Fold 6.

Samsung Galaxy S24 will get COD Warzone Mobile graphics patch

Samsung will roll out a graphics resolution patch for the Galaxy S24 series to address the COD Warzone Mobile issue. The company confirmed that it has listed addressing Call of Duty Warzone Mobile graphics glitches by the end of this month.

The moderator notes that the Warzone Mobile patch will be sent to the Exynos 2400-powered Galaxy S24 series. A limited number of users are experiencing graphical glitches, low frame rates, or other visual problems while playing COD Warzone Mobile.

Samsung acknowledged that there’s no problem with the Warzone Mobile graphics settings. The game optimization team is now internally analyzing the logic of the actual graphics unit. As soon as the testing concludes, the patch will be provided to affected units.

Apart from this, the Korean tech giant signaled the arrival of the Good Lock Game module. It will allow Galaxy users to design their own game dashboard. Once activated, users will have easier accessibility to complex game settings during gameplay.

Additionally, the company also working to fix the notification blast issue that occurs occasionally. The Game Booster plugin sometimes sends unnecessary notifications, but the glitch is expected to be fixed in the next application update.
