Health features

Galaxy Watch 7 allows you to track over 100 workouts and build routines accurately. With Race mode, you can compare current and past performance in real time to track progress and maintain motivation.

Body Composition feature is also here to offer a complete body and fitness snapshot. Sleep Apnea is another spotlighting addition to the Galaxy Watch portfolio. It provides a simple, proactive tool to check potential signs of sleep apnea.

Heart Rate Monitoring feature offers real-time readings and alerts for abnormally high or low heart rates. It helps you detect irregular heart rhythms suggestive of atrial fibrillation with Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification for deeper ECG and BP monitoring.

The next-gen BioActive Sensor offers increased accuracy for comprehensive readings. This tech unlocks the AGEs Index for the first time on the Galaxy Watch. AGEs reflect your overall biological aging process and indicate metabolic health.

Galaxy AI magic

On the software side, the Watch 7 is also upgraded. It brings the Wear OS 5-based One UI 6 Watch operating system with Galaxy AI features. You can answer messages effortlessly with intelligent Suggested replies, which suggest suitable responses by analyzing previous conversations.

3nm Exynos W1000 Processor

Samsung’s first 3nm-based Exynos W1000 chip powers the Galaxy Watch 7. The processor promises a 3x faster CPU and 30% improved power efficiency. It’s a big edge that the company secured with Watch 7 against rivals such as Qualcomm, Google, and Apple.
