More Galaxy Z Flip 5, Fold 5 models getting July 2024 update

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 smartphone users in Europe recently received a July 2024 security update and the company is now expanding the update to more countries. Users of these Galaxy devices are receiving the latest firmware update in Canada.

The fresh update addresses over 55 security issues and vulnerabilities. This update also promises enhanced system stability, ensuring that users experience no interruptions, crashes, or lags. It improves some functions to provide smoother performance.

The update does not include any new features or changes as it is just a regular patch. Samsung will soon make it available for all Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 models.

July 2024 security update for Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 in Canada can be identified through One UI build version F731WVLS4CXG2 and F946WVLS4CXG2 respectively. The installation package size of the update is around 450MB.

Users are advised to install the update promptly to benefit from the improved security measures. To install the update, open the Settings app, select ‘Software Update’, and then ‘Download and install’.
