Samsung replaced Galaxy S21 FE Green Line display for FREE

That said, contacting through a proper communication channel is all you need at Samsung. The user contacted Samsung support through X (formerly Twitter). The company listened to his problem and suggested visiting a nearby service center get to the repair job sheet prepared.
Samsung repair executive offered ample support in job sheet preparation without any ado. The consumer then shared the job sheet with Samsung through email. After a short wait, he got a call, instructing him to submit the phone at the repair center for quality validation, followed by repair.
The validation went in favor of the consumer, clearing the path for FOC screen replacement. The Repair and Service Center Executive reiterated that Samsung is committed to offering the greatest after-sales support to consumers even if their product is out of warranty.
The S21 FE’s faulty display, battery, and PCB kit have been replaced for free. The repair executive said that Samsung formed a policy, promising FOC screen replacement within three years of purchase. It’s applicable on the Galaxy S21 series, S21 FE, and Galaxy S22 Ultra till September 30.
