Samsung Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, and Galaxy A53 users are receiving the July 2024 security update in Korea. This update improves system security and stability to provide a better Galaxy experience

Users of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series already received this patch in India, Canada, and the US. Now, users are getting the update in Korea with One UI build version N98xNKSS4HXFC and an installation package size of around 300MB.

On the other side, the company rolling out the July 2024 security update for Galaxy A53 in Korea with One UI build version A536NKSS6EXG1. This Galaxy device users already enjoying the enhanced features in Brazil, US and the Europe.

July 2024 patch brings fixes for 4 critical and 21 high-priority Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures identified by Google, alongside 33 Samsung-specific Vulnerabilities and Exposures.

These fixes are mainly related to components like One UI Home, System UI, Secure Folder, and more, further enhancing device security. The update improves overall performance for a better experience.

To check the July 2024 update manually, you just need to follow a handful of simple steps. Firstly, visit your Galaxy device’s “System Settings,” once done, scroll down and tap the “Software update” tab, followed by the “Download and install” button. The update not only enhances device security but also ensures access to the most up-to-date features and enhancements.
