Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 incoming, SafetyKorea certifies Plus model

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series will go official in the coming months. Recently, MySmartPrice spotted the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus on the SafetyKorea database. It shows the company is rapidly progressing toward launching the tablet.

According to the info, the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus bears model number SM-X826N. SafetyKorea also listed the derivate model number SM-X820, which is expected to be the Wi-Fi variant. Notably, the battery capacity hasn’t been revealed through the certificate.

The Korean tech giant will be manufacturing its upcoming tablets in its Vietnam factory. Previously, the tablet’s batteries with model number EB-BX828ABE have been listed by the South Korean authority.

Samsung is said to utilize MediaTek SoC in its next-gen tablets. The Tab S10 series, in particular, could use Dimensity 9300+ chipset. The Tab S10 Plus previously benchmarked with 2,141 points in single-core and 6,952 points in multi-core tests.

The Geekbench listing also revealed that the tablet will get 12GB RAM. It will come pre-installed with Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 operating system. We might hear about the tentative launch schedule from Samsung by the end of August.

Last month, Samsung launched various new Galaxy devices. At the end of the year, the company will also announce the Galaxy S24 FE smartphone. The launch of next-gen flagship tablets is anticipated in late September or early October.
