Samsung Galaxy S24 FE and A16 5G’s launch schedule has been revealed. The company is preparing to launch at least two new smartphones in the second half of the year. Both are in the spotlight given their own advantages.

According to ETNews, Samsung will launch the Galaxy S24 FE in October and the Galaxy A16 in December this year. The former will have flagship features at affordable pricing, while the latter will be an iconic addition to the budget range.

The report highlights that Samsung’s S24 FE will be packed with Galaxy AI features. The company wants to push it as a fresh competitor to Apple and Google. The new Pixel 9 series is launching today while the iPhone 16 arriving next month.

In the past, we’ve seen the expected design of both handsets. The Galaxy S24 FE will look more premium than the S23 FE while the A16 5G will adopt a Key Island design. Key specs of the devices have also been revealed through pre-launch certifications.

The Galaxy S24 FE is said to feature Exynos 2400e chipset. The processor could be slightly different than its standard variant. It would be more power efficient so you can experience even longer usage between charges.

Earlier, it was revealed that the Galaxy S24 FE will get a 6.7-inch display with 1900 nits of peak brightness. It could be equipped with a similar camera module as the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and have some unique AI-derived photography tools.
