Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra users are getting the August 2024 security update in Europe. This update is already live in the US and the company will soon make it available for more users.

The latest security update includes the August 2024 security patch, which fixes over 45 security issues, including 1 critical and 34 high-level vulnerabilities from Google. Notably, 1 CVE was previously resolved in earlier updates, and 2 CVEs are not applicable to Galaxy devices.

Moreover, the update contains fixes for 14 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE) specific to Samsung devices and apps. This includes improvements to system services, Knox services, Galaxy Watch, and other related components.
