Samsung launches Smart Xperience in Latin America

Samsung Smart Xperience launches as a new concept in consumer experience in Latin America. The Smart Xperience offers intelligent and integrated end-to-end solutions to Galaxy consumers throughout Mexico and Latin America.

Smart Xperience concept by Samsung offers communication channels available 24×7, in-person and remote technical assistance, sustainability solutions, consulting on product use, sales with brand experts, and special promotions.

Customer service will be provided through multiple channels, including WhatsApp and online chat, which operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Other channels that are also available are Call Service via telephone, Samsung Mexico, and the Members app.

Samsung also offers home visits from qualified professionals, diagnosis, and repair of household appliances. The Smart Xperience service will also ensure the correct collection of electronic waste through the Recycle with Samsung program.

Samsung Smart Xperience also offers specialized consulting for small and medium-sized businesses. To promote the new Samsung Smart Xperience customer service concept, Samsung published a special advertising campaign, watch below.
