Galaxy S21 FE grabs Circle to Search feature in India via August 2024 update

Samsung is expanding the August 2024 security update for the Galaxy S21 FE smartphone in India. This update is rolling out for both Snapdragon and Exynos models of S21 FE. It brings enhanced security and new functionality to provide a better experience.

What’s New 

The fresh update adds the Circle to Search feature for better and faster search. This feature lets users search directly from their screen without switching apps. You just need to touch and hold the Home button or navigation handle, then draw a circle around anything on your screen to start a Google search.

In addition, the August 2024 security patch addresses over 45 issues to make the device more secure, reliable, and stable. It includes critical fixes from Google for vulnerabilities in Android to enhance security for Galaxy devices against potential threats.

Notably, Samsung has resolved 14 vulnerabilities, improving system services, Knox services, Galaxy Watch, and more. It protects from possible bugs and viruses to ensure the devices operate smoothly.
