[Report] One UI 7.0 promises enhanced animations, fluidity

Samsung SmartThings September 2024 update

Samsung One UI 7.0 reportedly promises enhanced animations and fluidity. The company is working hard to optimize the animations segment in UX. The aim is to offer Apple iOS-like fluid, smooth, and reliable animations.

Every new One UI version brings system-wide enhancements. In the past two years, Samsung has been facing harsh criticism due to One UI animations. The upcoming One UI 7.0 appears to be addressing the dissatisfaction with animations.

The next One UI version could introduce smoother app launches, menu interactions, and overall navigation within the OS. There will be more improvements in the Stable version as the work is still underway on various aspects.

In the recent past, we’ve observed moderator communications citing consideration of community posts and user feedback. One UI already provides a reliable experience, while functional glitches also appear occasionally that should be stopped.

Besides smoothness, providing a real fluid user experience is in focus. Samsung could be addressing the least chances of stutter or lags. Galaxy users will have an even more stable software experience while using their devices.

August has almost ended and our hopes for the Beta Program too. Samsung may have some notable changes in its strategy, resulting in a sharp delay. September will be the Beta month, with the Galaxy S24 series will be the initial invitee for the Program.

Samsung confirmed the Developer Conference will be held in early October. That said, the Public rollout could kickstart in late October or early November. Samsung aims to open the new software for all eligible models within 2024.

According to the info, Samsung could launch the Galaxy Tab S10 series on September 26. In the past, the South Korean tech giant confirmed that its new premium Galaxy tablets will launch before 2024 ends.

Later on, rumors were suggesting an October 2024 release for the Tab S10 series. Now, the latest development suggests Samsung won’t wait till October as the tentative release date is said to be September 26.

This year, there are two major changes reported in Samsung’s tablet segment. The first is, the Galaxy Tab S10 won’t be launched. The lineup will only have Plus and Ultra models, while the branding strategy is unknown.
