Samsung Galaxy A34 Circle to Search Brazil

Samsung is rolling out a new update with Circle to Search feature for Galaxy A34 smartphones in Brazil. This update is already live for users in Korea. It brings enhanced security and new functionality to provide a better experience.

The fresh update includes a July 2024 security patch to improve system security and stability for a smoother experience. This security patch fixes 33 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures related to components like One UI Home, System UI, Secure Folder, and more. In addition, Google addresses 4 critical and 21 high-level vulnerabilities in Android.

Aside from the system security improvements, the July 2024 security update adds the Circle to Search feature to the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G smartphone in Brazil for faster and quicker search.

This feature lets users search directly from their screen without switching apps. You just need to touch and hold the Home button or navigation handle, then draw a circle around anything on your screen to start a Google search.

To get the update, Samsung Galaxy A34 5G smartphone users should go to Settings, select Software Update, and then choose Download and Install. This will ensure their phone is up-to-date with the latest security fixes and features.

The installation package size of this update is around 1GB. The company is regularly working to make this update available for all models.

One UI 7 Launch

Samsung will hold this year’s Developer Conference on October 3rd. The company is expected to showcase its software advancements including Galaxy AI, Tizen OS, Knox, and One UI. It’s mid-September and there’s no sign of One UI 7 Beta.

Is it really coming?

Amid talks of a delay in the Beta Program, it’s assumed that Samsung may kick off the public rollout without beta. The Korean tech giant is nearing the Developer Conference 2024 and the Beta isn’t announced for the S24 series.

In mid-July, the Beta was rumored to kick off on July 31 in South Korea. The rumor was untrue, but we got some alleged screenshots from the firmware. A series of app icon images have floated online, but no one’s talking about that now.

CheckFirm hasn’t yet detected any Beta test build on Samsung’s firmware. The company is swiftly progressing on the One UI 7 development. However, it’s difficult to guess the exact status of the Beta release for the Galaxy S24 series.

One UI 7 will be the first major upgrade for the Galaxy S24 series. The new firmware with “B” OS marking is being tested and updated regularly. Meanwhile, everyone’s waiting for the “Z” marked build to pop up right before the Beta announcement.

Is Android 15 delaying the Beta?

Google is expected to start rolling out the Stable Android 15 next month. The company launched the Pixel 9 series last month, which came pre-loaded with last year’s OS. It points out a strategic change, which has not been announced by Google.

It appears that Google still has some work left to be done on Android 15. Samsung’s software is based on Android, hence, the development and testing would have been impacted. Anyways, being a Samsung fan, I wish for a fruitful outcome.

What do you think, will Samsung run the One UI Beta Program this year?
