Samsung Health is getting out a new stable update to version 6.27.1.015, which brings some new features to Galaxy device users. This update is available on the Galaxy Store with a package size of 140MB.

The latest Samsung Health app update makes tracking and improving your health easier and more personalized. The update adds an Energy Score feature, which helps you keep track of your daily energy levels and offers tips on how to boost your energy throughout the day. By using this feature, you can get useful advice for your specific goals and workouts.

In addition, the new feature lets you set personal health goals and get useful advice on how to reach them. Notably, these features are available for Galaxy Watch 4 and later models.

For Galaxy Watch 7 users, there’s an interesting addition to the Labs section called the AGEs index. This index gives you an idea of your metabolic health, which reflects how your diet and lifestyle are affecting your overall biological age.

Aside from these new features, the update also includes some bug fixes and improvements to make the app run smoother. These features were previously available in beta but are now part of the official Samsung Health app, making advanced wellness tracking available to more users.

With this update, Samsung Health is offering new ways to manage your health to make it easier to stay on top of your wellness goals. To install this update, you just need to visit Galaxy Store >> Menu option >> Updates. Also, users can download the update from the third-party app link mentioned here.
