WhatsApp’s GIPHY sticker search and easy media replies now rolling out to Android users

WhatsApp is now making the GIPHY sticker search available for all Android users through a new stable update. The update arrives with version 2.24.17.79, which adds some great features that will make using stickers and interacting with media much easier.

The latest update of WhatsApp adds GIPHY sticker search. Now, you can search for stickers directly in WhatsApp from GIPHY’s large sticker library. This means you’ll have access to a wider variety of stickers to better express yourself in chats.

You can also organize your sticker collection more easily. With this update, you can move your favorite stickers to the top of your list, so you can find them quickly.

Moreover, the update brings the ability to reply and react directly from the media viewer screen. This means you can respond to photos, videos, and GIFs without leaving the screen you’re viewing. Just tap the new shortcuts at the bottom of the screen to type a reply or choose an emoji reaction.

These features were initially available to beta testers but are now being rolled out to all users. If you’ve seen these features before in beta updates, this release makes them available to everyone.
