Following the Galaxy Store 6.6.13.10 update, Samsung published a notice stating the requirement of a Samsung Account to be logged in. The notice also spotlights that you won’t be allowed to download and install stuff without a Samsung Account.

Starting September 25, 2024, you must be logged in to your Samsung Account to use the Galaxy Store app and service. When you launch Galaxy’s app Store, if you are not logged in to your Samsung Account, you will be prompted to log in.

The majority of Galaxy users login Samsung Account during the initial setup. In case you are not one of them, act fast, otherwise, you will leave access to the Galaxy Store. The company says the requirement will be effective starting September 25.
