Samsung is releasing a new update for the Galaxy A52s smartphone, which installs the latest Android security patch released in September 2024. The new update is currently live in Europe and the company will expand it soon.

September 2024 security update for Samsung Galaxy A52s arrives with One UI build version A528BXXS9GXH2 in Europe. It is an initial rollout, so reaching all eligible models may take time.

With the new update, your phone’s performance gets enhanced as it fixes multiple security problems, including 1 critical and 43 high-level issues. Note that 1 of these issues was fixed before, and 1 doesn’t affect Galaxy phones.

Samsung is also adding 23 security fixes of its own, targeting components like My Files, Theme Center, One UI Home, Knox, and Dex. Aside from this, the update improves the overall stability and performance.

Users are advised to install the update promptly to benefit from the improved security measures. To check the update, you just need to navigate to the device’s Settings, then a Software update, and Download and install. If you have received the update, install it now to get enhanced features.

Besides this smartphone, Samsung has already updated the Galaxy A55, Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Z Fold 6 to the latest security patch. More devices will be added soon to this list.
