Galaxy S20 FE receives September 2024 update in Europe

Samsung is expanding the September 2024 security update for the Galaxy S20 FE smartphone in Europe. Users can identify the latest update through One UI build version G781BXXSDHXI1. 

The new update installs the latest Android security patch to improve system security and stability. Notably, it fixes several Samsung and Google vulnerabilities to make the device’s performance smoother.

September 2024 patch addresses 1 critical issue and 43 high-level ones for Google. One of these issues was already fixed in earlier updates, and another one doesn’t impact Galaxy devices. Also, Samsung is adding 23 of its fixes to improve security in My Files, Theme Center, One UI Home, Knox, and Dex.

The fresh update for the Galaxy S20 FE smartphone is already available in India, Canada, Brazil and the US. The company will soon make this update to all models soon.

To access the September 2024 update on your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE smartphone in Europe, go to the Settings app, tap on Software Update, and then select Download and Install.
