Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be available with up to 16GB RAM leaker says. The upcoming device recently surfaced on Geekbench with 12GB RAM. However, the tipster confirmed that 12GB isn’t the highest RAM option on the Ultra.

According to IceUniverse, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature up to 16GB RAM. The higher RAM could be paired with the 512GB and 1TB storage option that Samsung usually sells exclusively from its official website and Shop app.

S25 Ultra’s storage configurations could include 12GB RAM + 256GB storage and 16GB RAM + 512GB and 1TB storage. The non-Ultra models are expected to be available in 12GB RAM + 256GB and 512GB storage configurations.

It’s worth noting that the OnePlus 12 and Google Pixel 9 Pro already offer 16GB RAM options. The larger RAM in S25 Ultra would further improve AI tasks and user experience. The phone could also keep a part of RAM reserved for AI processing.

Chinese phone makers are aggressive about hardware specs. The phones debut a 1-inch camera sensor, over 5000mAh battery, hundreds of W charging speeds and so on. However, Samsung sticks with its legacy of prioritizing practical shifts.

The company is reportedly testing Standard and “for Galaxy” variants of Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 (8 Elite). The US variant was spotted running the Standard version, while the European model had an overclocked “for Galaxy” Snapdragon.
