Samsung has integrated Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Ring with AI through phones. The integration further elevates the health monitoring capabilities of its wearables. With this, Galaxy AI presents new ways to manage health with Galaxy Watch and Ring.

This year, Samsung brought its first smart ring – the Galaxy Ring to the market. It comes with many health monitoring features, everything right from your ring. Notably, the device is the ideal companion for detailed sleep monitoring.

Galaxy Ring is powered by advanced sensors and AI sleep algorithms. It offers sleep insights to help people develop healthier sleep habits. The Ring syncs with the Samsung Health app to provide personalized health info without any subscription.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra offers enhanced performance and features suitable for outdoor activities like running or cycling. Additionally, the Galaxy Watch 7 comes with a wealth of wellness insights, allowing users to create their routines.

These features include Multi-sport Workout for triathlon training, Functional Threshold Power (FTP) for cycling using AI-powered data analysis, and an advanced Custom Heart Rate Zone for optimal workout intensity.

The updated BioActive Sensor featured in the Galaxy Watch Ultra and Watch 7 is noteworthy. The optical sensor measures AGEs – an indicator of metabolic health and biological aging strongly influenced by overall lifestyle and dietary habits.

The new Energy Score assesses well-being by monitoring indicators such as activity levels, sleep, heart rate during sleep, and more. Users can make informed health choices, such as deciding whether to take a break or increase their physical activity levels.
