At SDC24, Samsung confirmed Public One UI 7 Beta coming by the end of this year for Developers. Now, a Samsung moderator revealed that the One UI 7 Beta will also be available for the Public alongside the Developers’ community.

Samsung mod announced the One UI 7 Beta will go live to Public when the schedule is confirmed. It suggests the company is still working on further optimization, and Galaxy users have to wait more to get their hands on the Beta build.

At the Developer Conference, Samsung announced the Beta Program for Developers. It sparked controversy that general users won’t be able to test the Beta. However, the moderator’s clarification comes as a big relief for Galaxy users.

Besides, the moderator noted that Beta will be notified on the Samsung Members app. Hence, you should keep the application updated to the latest version. The Beta Program may drop in the next few weeks to conclude by the year’s end.

Which Galaxy devices could get Beta?

I assume the Galaxy S24 series could only be eligible for the Beta Program. If this happens, the company will try to quickly test the new software among the public as Public rollout is expected to be started shortly after the S25 series launch.

This year, Samsung is doing just different than its conventional strategy. Therefore, early assumption is difficult to make, but, it would be a welcome move if Samsung starts the Beta on a wider scale – all models and all countries.
