The exciting Verizon promo allows you to grab the Galaxy S24 FE for effectively $0. If you get an eligible plan from Verizon (Unlimited Welcome, Unlimited Plus, or Unlimited Ultimate), you can benefit from this offer.

Interestingly, the promotion is available for both new and existing customers. Although the $0 deal is tricky to understand, you will be getting the phone for FREE. Simply put, you need to use Verizon’s three-year installment plan for the purchase.

The carrier will give you bill credits every month in the exact amount, which you were supposed to pay. You will pay for the carrier’s network charges, but get the exact amount from the carrier for payment, making the phone fully free.

Following the launch, it has been observed that Samsung fans are waiting for a price cut in the Galaxy S24 FE. Whether it happens officially or through any e-commerce platform, consumers will place their orders from the cart.

Rumor: Samsung plans Snapdragon in Galaxy S25 line, MediaTek in S25 FE

Samsung could rely on the Snapdragon 8 Elite (8 Gen 4) in the Galaxy S25 series. Some rumors indicating MediaTek Dimensity 9400 in the vanilla S25 seem untrue, as Samsung is reportedly considering it in the S25 FE.

According to a new rumor, the Galaxy S25 FE could use MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC. Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 lineup could exclusively equip Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite or 8 Gen 4 (whatever the name would be).

The South Korean tech giant could not be able to mass produce the Exynos 2500 on its 3nm process. Some media reports that the yield rate is just 20-30%, which is way too lower than the required rate for mass production.

Samsung is reconsidering its product strategy to maintain dominance in the market. Recently, the company apologized to investors, consumers, and employees for slow innovation. We could see many major developments in the future.

The Galaxy S25 series should not compromise on the chipset aspect. Processor is the brain of any smartphone and Samsung must pick the best solution for its flagships. The stronger the SoC, the more attention the S25 series would grab.

Previously, Samsung promised to launch the Exynos 2500 based on a 3nm process. The company has been struggling with lower-than-expected yields. Now, the situation could not be improved and Snapdragon is the only solution to be opted for.

Snapdragon 8 Elite is being manufactured using TSMC’s 3nm process. Qualcomm has also developed the Oryon central processing unit. The new architecture could bring a significant boost in terms of performance and efficiency.
