Is your Samsung LockStar clock shifting unexpectedly? Check this out!

Several Galaxy users using the Samsung LockStar app have noticed an issue with the clock on their lock screen. After setting the clock where they want it, some users find that it slowly moves to the left side of the screen over time. This not only looks strange but also pushes notification icons too close to the clock, which makes it hard to read.

A Samsung Galaxy smartphone user has shared his experience along with images on the community. He mentioned that after adjusting the clock, it unexpectedly moved to a new position. While it’s unclear how long it takes for this shift to happen, many users are seeing the same issue.

Samsung has acknowledged the Clock issue of the Lock Star app and apologized for any trouble it has caused. The team wants to help fix it but needs more information to investigate it.

The community moderator is asking affected users to recreate the issue and send error logs through the Members app. To do this, open the app >> go to the Get Help option >> select Send Error. You can also check if any Samsung LockStar update is pending. If any update is available, install it now.

If you’re also experiencing this issue, sharing your feedback can help speed up a solution. By reporting the issue and providing details, you help improve LockStar for everyone. We can expect that Samsung will soon provide a solution that brings back the clock look and work correctly again.
