[Report] Samsung One UI 7 adopting big interface changes
Samsung is making major design changes in One UI 7 software. Following the SDC24, we’ve seen some upcoming changes and features. Sources told SamMobile that One UI 7 has changed much compared to its appearance at SDC.
Per insiders, Samsung has changed many visual elements in One UI 7. In particular, the software got revamped app icons, animations, and other parts of the interface. This means, the icons teased at SDC are also replaced by newer ones.
Samsung will release the One UI 7 Beta by the end of this year. As the release nears, the company is swiftly refining changes. The first beta build of One UI 7.0 could introduce a brand-new interface for Galaxy devices.
Good Lock will play a key role in Galaxy’s customization. Home Up could allow you to replace Galaxy’s animation with Pixel (stock Android) or iPhone (iOS). Other personalization modules will also be upgraded with new tricks and features.
Are you waiting for Beta?
Samsung said the One UI 7 Beta will be available for Developers and Public. We assume a brief Beta Program could kick off right before the Stable rollout. The company should launch Beta internationally so all users can enjoy testing.
The final version of One UI 7.0 will be released next year. The next-gen Galaxy S phones will debut with brand-new software. That said, Galaxy smartphone users can expect the update to start rolling out by February next year.
