Samsung updates Knox Asset Intelligence with improved diagnostic functions
Samsung has rolled out an update for its Knox Asset Intelligence (KAI) app with version 1.1.19.11. This essential tool for enterprise organizations enables effective monitoring and collection of real-time health and usage data from managed Android devices.
The latest update brings some enhancements to improve device diagnostics and user experience. The update arrives with the ability to diagnose network latency issues related to IP and DNS servers. It allows admins to identify and address connectivity problems more efficiently.
Moreover, users can now monitor battery statuses directly from the KAI agent. This update arrives with an error reporting feature. When network or battery issues arise, the app can send detailed error reports to admins.
Furthermore, the update also introduces new dashboard charts that provide valuable insights into device performance. Admins can now view app and battery issues for the top five groups. Also, the new dashboard displays which Knox Service Plugin (KSP) profiles have been applied to devices, as well as any KSP policies that failed to apply.
Overall, the fresh update of Samsung Knox Asset Intelligence enhances device management capabilities. With its improved diagnostics, error reporting, and new dashboard features, organizations can more effectively monitor their device to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
