Samsung recommends disabling the malicious message blocking feature. For that, users just need to follow a few easy steps.
- Open the Samsung Messages App on the Galaxy device.
- Tap the More Options icon (three dots) in the top right corner and select Settings.
- Find the “Manage Spam and Blocked Numbers” option and turn the malicious message blocking function Off.
Additionally, Samsung advises users to ensure that their Messages app is updated to the latest version. To do this, open the Galaxy Store app >> Search Samsung Messages App >> If an Update button appears, users should click it to install the latest version.
