Hello, Sammy Fans! Here, we explore the final list of Samsung Galaxy devices that would get the One UI 7 update. The software will bring a refined UI, enhanced privacy and security, improved multitasking, optimized battery, and new customization tricks.

October is about to end but Samsung hasn’t started the One UI 7 Beta Program. The company set a deadline of “end of the year” which means, the Beta Program might start in November or December, before the final unveil in January next year.

Flagships released before the S21 series won’t be eligible for the One UI 7 update. Samsung has significantly boosted software support across ranges. However, some popular models like the A52, A72, and A52s are no longer eligible.

Samsung has begun rolling out the October 2024 security update for the Galaxy Tab S9 series. The update is currently live for users in Korea and the company will soon expand it to more countries.

October 2024 security update for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series can be identified through the One UI build version ending with BXJ7. This update is based on Android 14 and One UI 6.1.1. It weighs a package size of around 334.75MB.

The fresh security patch addresses over 40 issues to make the device more secure, reliable, and stable. It includes critical fixes from Google for vulnerabilities in Android to enhance security for Galaxy devices against potential threats.

Moreover, Samsung has resolved 12 vulnerabilities, improving system services, Knox services, Galaxy Watch, and more. It protects from possible bugs and viruses to ensure the devices operate smoothly.

If you have received the notification of the update then install it now to get a bug-free experience. For installtion, open Settings and tap on the Software update option. Inside the submenu, you need to hit the Download and Install button if your Galaxy fetches a new OTA.

Samsung launched the Generative AI Wallpaper feature for select Smart TVs. The company announced that this AI feature will be available for 2024 Neo QLED and QLED models in South Korea, North America, and Europe this month.

2024 Samsung Smart TVs are eligible for the Generative AI Wallpaper feature. The feature is coming as part of Samsung’s ambitious AI for All vision. The company also announced a unified One UI version during SDC24.

Through Generative Wallpaper, 2024 Smart TVs will deliver high-quality visuals that seamlessly integrate with home decor. The feature will be available through Tizen OS Ambient Mode, which transforms the TV into a canvas for curated visuals.

How to use Generative Wallpaper

To access the feature, users can simply navigate to the ‘Ambient Mode’ menu, select the button, and choose from themes such as ‘Happy Holiday’ or ‘Party.’ Samsung’s advanced AI then provides 4K visuals that harmonize with the user’s home environment.
