Samsung has just announced the rollout of the One UI 6 Watch update for the older Galaxy Watch models, including the Galaxy Watch 6, Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 4, and Galaxy Watch FE. The company has also revealed the new features and improvements that come with the One UI 6 Watch update. Here’s a closer look at what’s included.

Starting today, the company will start rolling out the One UI 6 Watch update for the Galaxy Watch. The update will first be available for the Galaxy Watch 6 series, and then it will reach older models.

One UI 6 Watch Features

Stable One UI 6 Watch update brings several new features to enhance the health, fitness, and overall smartwatch experience. The update adds the Energy Score feature, which gives users a simple score based on health metrics like sleep quality, activity levels, heart rate, and more. This update offers AI-powered personalized recommendations to help improve health.

For sleep tracking, the One UI 6 Watch update includes more detailed insights, including movement during sleep, sleep latency, heart rate, and respiratory rate. It also expands the availability of the De Novo FDA-authorized Sleep Apnea feature,  which can help users spot signs of sleep apnea.

Moreover, the update also introduces new features to motivate users in their fitness journey. Now, the Race feature compares your current running or cycling performance to past workouts to encourage improvements. Also, the Workout Routine option allows users to create personalized exercise routines based on their goals.

One UI 6 Watch update brings new watch faces, like the minimalist Simple Digital face or the Ultra Info Board, which shows key information at a glance.

Not only this, the update also offers better integration with Galaxy smartphones. It lets users enjoy more seamless experiences with connected Galaxy devices as it includes AI-powered Suggested replies and the ability to control your phone with simple wrist gestures like Double Pinch gestures to answer calls, dismiss alarms, take photos, and more.

Overall, the update aims to make the Samsung Galaxy Watch experience more personalized, intuitive, and connected.
