Samsung is expanding the June 2024 security update to Galaxy S22 models in the US. This update is already rolled out for users in Europe and the company is working regularly to make it available for all models.

The fresh update addresses over 55 security issues and vulnerabilities. This update also promises enhanced system stability, ensuring that users experience no interruptions, crashes, or lags. It improves some functions to provide smoother performance.
Users are advised to install the update promptly to benefit from the improved security measures. To install the update, open the Settings app, select ‘Software Update’, and then ‘Download and install’.
Samsung Galaxy S22 begins receiving June 2024 security update
Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphones are getting a new update with the September 2024 security patch in Canada. This update fixes several issues to make smartphones more stable, secure, and reliable.

It is worth mentioning that the September 2024 patch addresses 1 critical issue and 43 high-level ones. One of these issues was already fixed in earlier updates, and another one doesn’t impact Galaxy devices.
Along with Google’s patches, Samsung is adding 23 of its own fixes to improve security in My Files, Theme Center, One UI Home, Knox, and Dex. The update overall improves the stability, security, and performance of the device.
September 2024 security update arrives on Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra in Canada with One UI builds S921WVLS3AXHF, S926WVLS3AXHF, and S928WVLS3AXHF respectively.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be available with up to 16GB RAM leaker says. The upcoming device recently surfaced on Geekbench with 12GB RAM. However, the tipster confirmed that 12GB isn’t the highest RAM option on the Ultra.
According to IceUniverse, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature up to 16GB RAM. The higher RAM could be paired with the 512GB and 1TB storage option that Samsung usually sells exclusively from its official website and Shop app.
S25 Ultra’s storage configurations could include 12GB RAM + 256GB storage and 16GB RAM + 512GB and 1TB storage. The non-Ultra models are expected to be available in 12GB RAM + 256GB and 512GB storage configurations.
