One UI 6.1.1 brings new dynamic audio equalizer UI
Samsung started expanding the One UI 6.1.1 to older Galaxy devices. The new One UI 6.1.1 update introduces a new dynamic audio equalizer user interface. The new UI makes it easier to use and the appearance is now quite elegant.
One UI 6.1.1 update smartly revamps the audio equalizer user interface. The new UI brings presets in chips form below to the equalizer adjustment bars. The new chips replace the older design featuring presets in list form.
The audio equalizer is a pretty useful feature in Samsung devices. You can access it through Settings → Sounds and vibration → Sound quality and effects → Equalizer. It offers many presets alongside the ability to personalize from scratch.
The new preset chips vacate the area occupied by the list format. The sliders now have more room and Samsung has also added a brief description at the bottom of the UI for the selected preset. You can check the new design (compared with the older too) below:
One UI 6.1.1 also brings new names for equalizer options, including Smooth, Clear, Bass Boost, Dynamic, and Treble Boost. Galaxy users can now seamlessly select their preferred equalizer preset as per their listening experience.
Samsung is rolling out the One UI 6.1.1 update to many devices. The Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S23 series, and Galaxy S22 series devices are getting it sequentially. Foldables launched in 2022 and later are also receiving the new One UI features.
