Software Update

Software updates are usually a big deal nowadays as consumers want the best possible after-sales support by OEMs. Earlier last year, Samsung announced its new software update policy that promises four years of support for Galaxy devices launched since 2019.

It’s noteworthy that the South Korean tech giant made significant improvements in speeding up security updates, over the past decade. In order to make such support possible, Samsung closely worked with partner chipmakers and OS as well as over 200 global network carriers to provide the latest security patches.
