[List] Samsung devices that support Google’s Dynamic Theming
With the release of the Material You, Google brought a major change in Android 12 last year that completely revamped the look of its Android OS. It has Dynamic Theming that lets users customize their phone with different colors based on the wallpaper and it applies to menus, buttons, backgrounds, and apps throughout their phone.

Samsung adopted Android 12 Dynamic Theming and generated a color palette from the wallpaper and gave users a few color variations. When enabled, the Material You theming engine picks up the dominant color palette from user-applied wallpapers and applies them as accent colors in the Android user interface.

So, instead of the default and boring accent color, you can get a customized color that syncs with the wallpaper. Of course, the amazing feature does not support all Galaxy devices. Since it is an Android 12 feature, it only supports devices running on One UI 4.0 or One UI 4.1 software systems.

How to use Samsung Dynamic Themes (Color Palette)
Setting up a dynamic theme is very simple in Samsung smartphones and can be done in two ways – via a long tap on the home screen or from the system settings.
- Open your device Settings.
- Tap on the Wallpaper and Style options.
- Choose Color Palette.
- Now, you can choose a palette based on colors from your wallpaper.
- By clicking on the different palettes, you can preview the changes on the screen.
- If you want to change app icons’ colors as per the palette then you can turn on Apply palette to the app icons toggle.
- Finally, tap the Done option.
What’s going to change with Samsung Android 13
Google released two Android 13 Beta builds for Pixel smartphones, which revealed that third-party app developers are free to create their own theme-friendly icons so that you can always have a two-tone icon pack. This function will surely be available on Samsung phones with the One UI 5.0 update.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE and Z Flip 7 could pack Exynos 2400e and Exynos 2500
Samsung could pack the Galaxy Z Flip FE and Z Flip 7 with Exynos processors. The company could launch its first affordable foldable phone next year. The device could get a different camera and processor from the Galaxy Z Flip 7.
Leaker Jukanlosreve revealed that Samsung could use the Exynos 2400e in the Galaxy Z Flip FE and Exynos 2500 in the Galaxy Z Flip 7. The former Exynos variant powers the Galaxy S24 FE, while the Exynos 2500 is an upcoming product.
Samsung previously intended to use Exynos 2500 in the Galaxy S25 series. However, the chip has a major performance difference from its Snapdragon counterpart. This led the company to solely rely on the Snapdragon 8 Elite for the S25 series.
Exynos 2500 is being manufactured using Samsung Foundry’s 3nm process node. The yield rate is quite low (around 20%), which is far from the production threshold. However, Samsung chose the path to produce the chip at such a low yield rate.
Exynos 2400 has proven to be a decent chip with no frustrating flaws. The Exynos 2400e could be used in the Z Flip FE. The “e” model could be made using IPoP (Integrated Package on Package) tech, which is cheaper than the standard method.
Recently, a Korean media outlet reported that Samsung Foundry has started mass production of a 3nm Exynos 2500 chip. It was initially intended to be used in the S25 and S25 Plus, but issues pushed it towards the second-half debut in the Z Flip 7.

It provides home appliance rebates for discounts on electric energy-efficient appliances like Induction cooktops, ranges, and heat pump laundry appliances.
