This new iteration of One UI brings you a wide collection of new features and enhancements for your Galaxy devices. Currently, the update is available in German markets, however, the company will not take much time to spread it to more users all over the world.

On the other hand, Samsung Smart Switch gets more customizable options, whereas, SmartThings Find lets you share items with others so that you can find them together when it gets lost.

After downloading and installing the new update you can also add emojis to calendar entries and take quick notes on Samsung Notes while browsing on Samsung Internet or Samsung Gallery. Besides these, there are various noticeable improvements in Dark mode, AOD, lock screen widgets, and other Samsung applications.

If you are a Galaxy A12 user in Germany, you can now get access to the latest changes by heading over to Settings. Next, tap on Software update and then the Download and install options. Wait for the phone to check for available updates, finally, tap on the Download button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Samsung has pushed a new update for the Modes and Routines app with version 4.6.04.2 on One UI devices. The update improves some functions and fixes issues to provide a better Galaxy experience.

Users of the Galaxy devices need to download a 51.81MB package to install the update. Notably, the update is compatible with Galaxy devices running Android 12 to Android 14.

The new update provides smoother and better performance across the app’s various modes and routines. In addition, Samsung has focused on addressing known issues for a more stable and reliable app for its users.

Hello, Samsung fans! As we enter July 2024, half of the year has passed, and Samsung continues to enhance user experience with regular updates to its Galaxy devices and applications. Here’s the latest information on the updates released during the first week of July 2024.

This week, Samsung has begun rolling out the July 2024 security update for Galaxy devices, starting with the Galaxy A55 smartphone. This time, the company has prioritized the Galaxy A series instead of flagships. More Galaxy smartphones will join the update list in the coming days or weeks.

Alongside the update, Samsung has released details about the July 2024 security patch and updated its list of devices receiving software updates. Notably, the Galaxy A21s has reached the end of its update cycle and is no longer eligible for new software updates.

The July security patch addresses over 55 issues, including 4 critical and 21 high-level vulnerabilities in Android fixed by Google. Additionally, Samsung has resolved 33 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE), focusing on One UI Home, System Property, System UI, Filter Provider, Secure Folder, Configuration Message, IMS service, Knox, MTP app, and more, to further enhance device security.

This week, Samsung has expanded the June 2024 security patch to more Galaxy devices across various countries. This includes devices like the Galaxy Note 20 series, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy M15 5G, Galaxy S23 FE, and Galaxy A55.

Furthermore, Samsung has rolled out the One UI 6.1 update for the Galaxy A13 4G, A14, and A25 5G in the Middle East, and for the Galaxy A52 4G in Brazil.

Reports suggest that Samsung may integrate user interface enhancements from One UI 6 Watch into One UI 7. Rumors indicate that improvements and UI changes seen in Samsung’s Wear OS 5 skin could appear in the Android 15 update for Galaxy phones.

Alongside these launches, Samsung has started rolling out the July 2024 security patch for Galaxy devices, with the Galaxy A55 being the first device to receive it.

The July 2024 security patch addresses more than 55 issues to enhance system security. Google brings fixes for 4 critical and 21 high-level vulnerabilities in Android, although 2 are not relevant to Samsung devices.

In addition, Samsung has fixed 33 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE) to further strengthen device security.
