Here’s how to use Good Lock Pentastic to enhance your Samsung S-Pen features

Samsung Good Lock offers a wide range of customizable features through its modules that let you personalize the appearance and interface of your Galaxy device. If your Samsung Galaxy smartphone is compatible with S-Pen, then there’s a module known as Pentastic to enhance its features.

The Samsung Pentastic app lets you personalize the look of various UI functions related to the S Pen, including the Air Command menu, pointer, and more. At the same time, it offers you the ability to add a shortcut that will take action when you double-tap your screen.

Here’s how to use Good Lock Pentastic in the proper way to get the best out of your Samsung S-Pen:

Navigate to Good Lock’s “Life Up” section and install the “Pentastic” app. Once installed, you will see various features to customize your S Pen. Such as:

Air Command –

It has different Air command interfaces. These are more compact versions of the default interface that doesn’t waste space by explaining what each of the buttons does, as well as arrangements that organize the options in circles or with different icons.

You can customize the Air command interface in four different ways from this section. These include the Default one in addition to Line, Circle, and Retro.

Pointer –

For hover pointers, there are lots of fun designs available such as Basic, Heart, Crocro, Lisa, Cooki, and Bobby. You can customize their sizes as well. In addition, it also lets you create your own hover pointers that you can choose from your Gallery, it can be your picture, your favorite cartoon, or anything else you like.

Sound –

This section of the Pantastic app allows you to change the sound that the S Pen makes when you take it out from your phone which has a built-in space. Besides Default, you can select between Basic, Heart, Crococro, Lisa, Cooki, and Bobby. Additionally, you can also set a sound from your files sections by tapping the Custom option.

Double tap shortcut –

At last, there is a feature known as the double-tap shortcut that opens an app when you hold down the pen button and double-tap the screen. This ensures you have instant access to the functionalities that mean the most to you.

To use this feature, just tap on it and turn it on. Finally, choose what happens when you use the shortcut, and it’s done.

With the One UI 6.1 update, Samsung has moved the video call effects feature settings to the Quick Panel. Now, you can access and change video call effects without having to navigate through multiple screens. When you pull down from the top of your screen, the Quick Panel appears.

Here’s how to set up Video Call Effects:

You can easily use the Video Call effects on your Samsung devices, just need to follow a few steps:

  • Start a video call using any app that supports video calling. Make sure you’re in the middle of the call before you try to change the effects.
  • While you’re on the video call, pull down from the top of your screen to open the Quick Panel. Pull down again to reveal more options.
  • In the Quick Panel, find the Video Call Effects button. Tap on this button to open the settings for video call effects.

  • You’ll now see several options to customize your video call. You can change the background, adjust your face effects, modify the color tone, or use automatic framing. Select the options that you like to enhance your video call.

Users with Samsung devices running from One UI 3.1 to One UI 6.0 have to select the video call effects icon directly on the call screen. But with One UI 6.1, accessing these features through the Quick Panel is now simpler.
