April 2023 security update reaches Samsung Galaxy S22 in Brazil
Samsung Galaxy S22 series started receiving the April 2023 security patch in early April and then the company expanded it to more Galaxy devices. Now in mid-April 2023, the company is rolling out this latest update for Samsung Galaxy S22 devices in Brazil.
April 2023 security update is already available in Europe, the US, South Korea, and India. Samsung will soon make it available for all Galaxy S22, Galax S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra devices.

The latest firmware brings stability improvements, bug fixes, and feature enhancements to deliver a better performance. Aside from this, the company has also added a new gallery feature to Galaxy S22 smartphones which is Image Clipper. Through the new feature, you can cut out an object or thing from a photo from the background and share the separated object of the image by saving it.
Samsung has released a new update for its Group Sharing app with version 13.6.52.7. This update is available on the Galaxy Store with a package size of 18.54MB for One UI devices.

August 2024 security update fixes over 45 security issues, including 1 critical and 34 high-level vulnerabilities from Google. Notably, 1 CVE was previously resolved in earlier updates, and 2 CVEs are not applicable to Galaxy devices.
Moreover, the update contains fixes for 14 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE) specific to Samsung devices and apps. This includes improvements to system services, Knox services, Galaxy Watch, and other related components.
The update is rolling out gradually so it may take some hours or days to reach to reach all models. Samsung advises users to check and install the update to enjoy enhanced features.
