April 2023 security update starts releasing for Samsung Galaxy A72
Samsung is rolling out a new update with the April 2023 security patch for Galaxy A72 in India. Users can identify the latest update via One UI version A725FXXS5DWD2 and an installation package of 220.40 megabytes.
For your Galaxy A72 smartphone, Samsung has included fixes for 5 critical, 46 high, and one moderate level of CVEs with the April 2023 security patch. Also, the firmware improves the system security and stability of the devices as well as enhances performance to provide a better Galaxy experience.

Moreover, the update contains fixes for 14 Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE) specific to Samsung devices and apps. This includes improvements to system services, Knox services, Galaxy Watch, and other related components.
The update is rolling out gradually so it may take some hours or days to reach to reach all models. Samsung advises users to check and install the update to enjoy enhanced features.
