June 2023 update for Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G live in Brazil
Samsung recently rolled out the June 2023 security update for Galaxy S20 FE 4G smartphone in Brazil and now the company has started pushing this Android security patch for the 5G variant. Notably, the update is already available for locked Galaxy S20 FE 5G models in the US.
June 2023 security update for Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G smartphone in Brazil arrives with version G781BXXU6HWE6 and weighs 301.17 MB software package.
The update improves system security and stability by fixing over 50 flaws found in smartphones and tablets. It includes 3 critical and 47 high levels of common vulnerability exposure. The newest Android and One UI software patches ensure the best level of security on your Samsung Galaxy device.
If you are using a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE smartphone, you can get the update by opening Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install. The update is rolling out gradually so it may take time to reach all 5G models.
Google Pixel phones will receive the Stable Android 15 update in the coming weeks. The new OS remained limited to the Pixel devices till I/O 2024. This month, Samsung will likely open its Android 15 Beta Program — One UI 7 — for Galaxy devices.
Following the I/O 2024 event, Android vendors including Xiaomi, OPPO, and OnePlus started Public Beta for their flagships, which Samsung has not joined. In the meantime, the company is swiftly working on kicking off the One UI Beta program soon.
One UI 6.1.1 is the latest Galaxy skin based on Android 14. The Android 15-based One UI 7 will arrive on many Samsung devices later this year. While we are in September 2024, we already know Galaxy devices are eligible for Android 15.

The Galaxy S24 series will surely be the first to get One UI 7 Beta sometime in August this year. The South Korean tech giant will then expand its Beta activity for other latest flagships including Galaxy Z Fold 6/Flip 6, and some older lineups including but not limited to the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Z Fold 5.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 users are getting the September 2024 security update in Canada. The update installs the latest Android security patch to improve system security and stability. This update is already out for locked models in the US and the company will soon make it available in more countries.
The latest update improves performance by fixing a bunch of security issues. It fixes 1 critical and 43 high-level security issues. It’s worth noting that 1 CVE was fixed in earlier updates and 1 does not affect Galaxy devices.
Along with Google’s fixes, Samsung is adding 23 of its own security improvements to enhance the user experience. These vulnerabilities are related to My Files, Theme Center, One UI Home, Knox, and Dex.
Users of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 are getting the September 2024 security update in Canada with One UI build version F741WVLS1AXHC. They have to download a 426MB package to install the update. This update is based on Android 14 and One UI 6.1.1.
To check for software updates manually, head toward your phone’s Settings. At the bottom, you will get the Software update section, simply open it. Inside the submenu, you need to hit the Download and install button if your Galaxy fetches a new OTA.
Aside from this, Samsung has also started the One UI 6.1.1 rollout for older Galaxy devices. The Galaxy S24 series has started getting the major One UI 6.1 update with the September 2024 security patch. The company will start rolling out this major update to Galaxy S23, S23 FE, Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Z Fold 5 from next week.
