Samsung’s September 2023 patch is already out for Galaxy S23 One UI 6 Beta participants
Samsung has recently released the second One UI 6 Beta update to Galaxy S23 users. In addition to bug fixes and additional features, Samsung included the latest September 2023 security patch in the One UI 6 Beta 2 update for Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra.
The company has not yet released the One UI 5.1-based September update for Galaxy consumers. Seeing the past few rollouts, it’s likely that the update is not too far from the S23 users on One UI 5.1 software. Notably, the company has not yet published the latest security bulletin for Galaxy devices.

It’s worth mentioning that the One UI 6 Beta is available for Galaxy S23 users in Germany, India, Poland, South Korea, the UK, and the US. China is also eligible for the Beta Program but the company has delayed it until September 4 due to internal testing.
If you are from one of the above-mentioned countries, you can join the Beta Program. It will let you install Android 14-based One UI 6 software on your S23 device. As the build is under testing, there may be some bugs and performance lags in functions.
