Samsung’s Exynos 2500 might feature a much-improved GPU
With next year’s flagship smartphone lineup, Samsung will introduce the Exynos 2400 processor. With the Exynos 2500, Samsung will reportedly upgrade to the RDNA 4 GPU architecture, as well as equipping it with LPDDR5T mobile DRAM technology.
Tipster @Tech_Reve claims that AMD’s expertise in GPU may finally come to the fore with the next-gen Exynos processor. “I didn’t have high expectations for the Exynos 2400,” the tipster said. “Samsung brought in GPU talents primarily for the 2500, not the 2400.”

Earlier, the South Korean tech giant revealed that Exynos 2400 brings Xclipse 940 GPU, based on AMD’s RDNA 3 architecture. It will be a 4nm chipset, while Samsung is likely to manufacture the Exynos 2500 on a 3nm fabrication process.
Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the Exynos 2400. Samsung brought in GPU talents primarily for the 2500, not the 2400.

The Exynos 2200, which powered the Galaxy S22 series last year, featured the first custom solution. Samsung didn’t launch an Exynos 2300 and used the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 on the Galaxy S23 series globally. It’s now back with the Exynos 2400 for the Galaxy S24.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 users are getting an Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 update. This update brings several new features and enhancements to provide a next-level foldable experience. It is currently available in India and Europe.
One UI 6.1.1 update for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 smartphone arrives with One UI Build version F926BXXU8IXH9. Users will have to download around 2GB package to install the update. The update is rolling out gradually so it may take some hours or days to reach all models.
Users are advised to install the update promptly to benefit from the improved security measures For that, open the smartphone’s settings, select ‘Software Update’, and then ‘Download and install’. Following these steps will ensure that your Galaxy smartphone is up-to-date with the latest security protections.
One UI 6.1.1 Features
One UI 6.1.1 update brings exciting new features for Galaxy devices. You can now get helpful wellness tips in Samsung Health, detailed sleep analysis, and create custom workout routines. It also improves productivity with suggested actions for Smart Select, easier file management, and enhanced multi-window support.
However, you can clip photos easily and design a profile card for calls. Enjoy quicker video controls, tap-to-answer calls, and frequent weather updates. For security enhancement, there’s an Auto Blocker for added protection. The Assistant menu is also improved for easier access.
One UI 6.1.1 update comes with wonderful new Galaxy AI features and enhancements. Debuted with Samsung’s newest foldables, the One UI 6.1.1 has expanded to many older models such as the Galaxy S24, S23, and S22 series.
Samsung has recently pushed the One UI 6.1.1 update to Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Z Fold 3. This expansion reiterates the company’s commitment to user convenience. You can consider it as an appetizer before the major One UI 7 update.
Samsung has started the One UI 6.1.1 rollout to the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, and Galaxy S22 series. Recipient foldables include the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4, as well as Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Z Fold 3.

To update your Galaxy, head over to the phone’s Settings. You will find the Download and install button within the Software update submenu. Ensure a stable internet connection for a seamless installation experience.
Do note that this is a major One UI upgrade for Galaxy devices. It appears as One UI 6.1.1 on foldable and tablet models only. Galaxy S series phones remain on One UI 6.1, but features from the 6.1.1 is being deployed.
One UI 6.1.1-based Galaxy AI includes a Sketch to Image feature. This is a Generative AI function that lets users create stunning images by just simply drawing on a blank page in Samsung Notes or an image in Samsung Gallery.
With a wide variety of AI-generated portrait styles, you can create a whole new look for your profile image in Contacts or someone else’s, or use Photo Editor to invent something new for any of your photos that have faces in them.
Samsung Keyboard added a smart new Composer feature, letting users generate text messages, email, or social media posts. Live Translate is also updated to support many non-Samsung apps such as WhatsApp and Meet.
Galaxy Z Fold 6 FE is briefly listed on the Samsung India site. The company’s upcoming foldable phone comes with a thinner design over the standard Galaxy Z Fold 6. The handset was rumored to be exclusive to China and South Korea.
The phone’s India listing revealed its official promo images and confirmed colors. The device will launch in two colors – Crafted Black and White, with memory configurations that could include 12GB RAM + 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage.
The immature listing shows the SM-F956B model number and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip used. Samsung will also equip it with Galaxy AI – similar to the Z Fold 6. The Special Edition could sport a 19.32 cm QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display.
Anyway, what it did apparently say was that pre-orders for the device in Korea will start on October 18 and end on October 24 ahead of the phone’s release on October 25. So perhaps the September 25 leak got the date right, just not the month.
In a separate leak, Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition could go on pre-order in Korea from October 18 to October 24. The release is scheduled to take place on October 25, with previous rumors indicating the launch could have been done on September 25.
Previous reports say that the Z Fold 6 SE could feature an 8″ internal folding screen and a 6.5″ cover screen. The camera department is said to consist of a 200-megapixel primary camera from the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
