Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition images and details leaked ahead of launch
Recently, Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition was listed on the company’s Bulgarian YouTube Premium promo page. We expected that the upcoming Galaxy S20 FE would be a successor of the Galaxy S10 Lite. Today we have some leaked information and images of the Galaxy S20 FE.
A well-known leaker Roland Quandt leaked the specs and color variants on the winfuture of the upcoming Galaxy S20 FE. According to the leaked information, the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition should sport a triple camera setup at the rear panel. The leaked images confirm that the device should have a flat display with six color variants.

4G version with Exynos, 5G version with Snapdragon
The leaked specs confirm that the Galaxy S20 FE 4G will come with Samsung’s Exynos 990 chipset, and the Galaxy S20 FE 5G be powered by Snapdragon 865 octa-core SoC.
SuperAMOLED 120Hz Flat Display
The device will sport a flat 6.5-inch SuperAMOLED display with a centered hole-punch front-facing camera with full HD resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The display will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Triple Camera Setup
The upcoming Galaxy S20 FE will be powered with a triple camera setup with a 12MP f/1.8 main sensor, a 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor, and a 12MP f/2.0 telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The device will have a 32MP front-facing selfie camera. The device is expected to get Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.0. There’s no information about the rear panel of the device and wireless charging support.
Galaxy S20 FE will get two stereo speakers tuned by AKG and IP68 dust and water resistance. The device will be packed with a 4,500mAh battery with 15W fast charging support (in the box) and a weight of 190 grams. Samsung hasn’t released any official information about the device but we expect that the device will available in the market late this month or early next month. On the basis of our previous article, the expected price of this device is $750 for the 5G variant.

Samsung brings huge energy-saving opportunity to New York
New York became the first US state to bring retail consumer rebates for appliances under the Inflation Reduction Act. Applauding the move, Samsung launched a huge energy-saving opportunity for the residents of New York.
Samsung started offering up-front discounts to consumers statewide through New York’s IRA HEAR program. Consumers can now access IRA’s Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) program.

OpenAI eyes AI integration on Samsung phones like Apple Intelligence
Apple collaborated with OpenAI to power Apple Intelligence features. The ChatGPT maker continues to create obstacles for Google. In a recent move, OpenAI discussed a potential AI partnership with Samsung.
TheInformation (via Reuters) reported that OpenAI has recently discussed powering AI features on Samsung-made devices. It seems the ChatGPT-maker wishes an AI partnership with Samsung to expand its reach in multiple folds.
The company is considering developing a web browser to rival Google’s Chrome. OpenAI recently introduced its search engine called SearchGPT. It is available to limited users alongside internal testers and strategic partners.
Samsung x OpenAI
Samsung and Google’s close partnership doesn’t need any elaboration. The friendship isn’t limited to services, as both firms work across an ecosystem. However, it doesn’t stop Samsung from partnering with OpenAI in favor of better service.
As the AI phone market is growing rapidly, OpenAI may innovate further. Google doesn’t lag, but there’s still room for a potential alliance. Apple Intelligence-like features might be deployed on Galaxy phones after Samsung’s partnership.
